December Goals


First a recap of November's Goals. I did absolutely horrible last month. 

November Goals
Fitness and Health
  • Do exercise program minimum 3 times a week
  • Lose 5 lbs.  
  • Finish current challenges (squats, lunges, calf raises) 
I failed horribly on all three of these. To be honest, I didn't work out at all in November. 
 
Blog
  • Blog 3 times a week in this blog 
  • Comment on blogs as I read them, not saving them for later.  
I failed at posting on the blog. I did try to comment on others' blog posts as I read them.

Writing
  • Add 5 "prompt stories" or poems.
  • Finish NaNoWriMo. 
I failed at both of these too. NaNoWriMo is 50,000 words; I only wrote 2,000. That was on Day 1. After that not a word. I just didn't have the time for creative writing. 
 
Personal
  • Stay on top of my schoolwork (this is very important! My Masters program requires me to maintain a 3.0 GPA or be kicked out) 
  • Read 2 of the books on the ARC list (that I am behind on). 
I tried to stay on top of my schoolwork. My current GPA is a 3.84. I read 1 ARC book.

  • Add 5 movies to #23. 
  • Add 5 bands to #26.
  • Watch 1 movie for #22.
  • Buy 4  nail polish (#86).
I watched one movie for #23 of my 101/1001 list {The Purge: Anarchy}. I did complete buying 4 nail polish for the month.

Now, on to December. Hopefully I won't be such a slacker this month.

  • Stay on top of my schoolwork (this is very important! My Masters program requires me to maintain a 3.0 GPA or be kicked out) 
  • Read 2 of the books on the ARC list (that I am behind on).
  • Add 5 movies to #23. 
  • Add 5 bands to #26.
  • Watch 1 movie for #22.
  • Buy 4 nail polish (#86).
  • Cook the amazing Christmas Day meal I have planned.
  • Actually follow through with the traditions we have planned to start (we are feeling like horrible parents because we have never really done traditions). 
  • Attend the husband's work Christmas party.

Well at least I'm not the only one who didn't work out in November. Oops! Those holidays just sneak up on us and I forgot all about the gym. I feel ya too, no time to be extra creative for Nanowrimo. Love your goals for December- you will rock 'em ;)

Considering it sounds like you were too busy for those failed goals, I don't think it's fair to say you were slacking...just reprioritizing. :)
